NTSD 3.0 Progress

So while 2.5 is still going through some testing, it is more or less close to its final release for what it was supposed to be. In the meanwhile, the original creator, zxcv has returned and began the very next step for NTSD, 3.0, which will revamp pretty much everything in a way to make it a lot more interesting, dynamic, and also updated powers in regards to the series.
